SOOP on Saturday: Top 20 popular book ideas for August 8, 2015

The summer sunshine and extra Vitamin D must be providing good “fuel” for all your efforts to get votes! And maybe Christian Lee’s series on the easiest way to get votes is inspiring some of you too!

One particular author is grateful that her book idea is now up in 5th place. Another author’s book idea about a “wackadoodle” life is up to 6th position. Brand new book idea, A Dress the Color of Sky, has rocketed into 10th place with over 300 votes in its debut. Recent newcomer, The Springer, has moved up from 20th to 11th place in only its second week as a book idea. Congratulations!

The SOOP Team is delighted that the Top 20 popular book ideas are generating such interest and voting activity lately.  Keep up the good work! Read Christian Lee’s whole series on the easiest way to get votes (he’s up to Part Nine now).

What happens at 1000 votes?

Some of you may have noticed that Red by Nicole Collet is over 1000 votes and still listed in our Top 20. You might be wondering, ‘What happens at 1000 votes?’ All sorts of good stuff, I’d say, including a publishing contract. Nicole and the SOOP Team are working hard on getting her book ready to be published. We’ve got schedules and blogs and tweets and design work all happening behind the scenes. Wanna have a look? … Sorry, not just yet. But I’ve seen the new cover artwork and it looks great!
