Description
We discover how diversity can enrich our understanding and lead to better decisions by going beyond traditional patterns of relationships based on unity in uniformity and contrasted divisions.
We can learn to work harmoniously with those with a different profession, race, culture, or way of thinking. By taking advantage of diversity, we improve our reason and judgment to carry out more complex projects than groups with similar mindsets.
This book teaches you to explore the nature of unity in diversity and how to apply it every day. After broadening our knowledge, we can thrive in making decisions that contribute to the well-being of all.
