This is a story about a hunter-gatherer family, living 12,000 years ago in Turkey, in the pre-pottery Neolithic age. There was a creative spark in their generation, that became a wildfire of change across the planet. After many thousands of years of living a solitary sustenance-level lifestyle, people settled down to live together in communities. This is also a story of the Earth Mother losing her place as a god, a story about the beginnings of a re-born religious belief system, echoes of it are alive today.
