‘Thirty Seconds’ By JT Welch

This short story takes place within thirty seconds and describes the musings of an old crippled “people watcher,” a former philosophy and psychology teacher, who’s surly senile impatience causes him to miss the opportunity to receive generosity from a pair of teenagers he had been observing during his wait for the bus.
