A clown gets murdered by his roomate and the clown then kills the Roomate when he is a spirit once both of them died the house got older but they stay the same age and then a girl moved into there house because she heard of the story of there deaths and was intrigued by the house and once she moved into the house the roommate is trying to kill her and the clown Is trying to save her life
