‘SIgnificance’ By Chris McWhirt

Young Alex Popov was considered by many to be a chess prodigy. His family was forced to move to move to remote farm in the Tunguska region. In 1907 this meant the end of his chess career. Strangely he found himself playing again in the attic of his grandfathers farm house. The stakes were never higher. The fate of our world hung in the balance.
