Nosy Neighbour.
It’s a short story about a Youth Corper who is posted to serve in Oyo State. He secured an apartment around Mokola area in Oyo State.
Unfortunately, he had a nosy neighbour in his residence who goes by the name Iya Sidi. During one of the usual Public Holdiay, whereby everyone is home resting, he had an unusual encounter with her that led to him enlightening her on what the Worker’s Day celebration really entails and in the course of doing that, she started poke nosing over other unwanted things during the conversation as that was her usual custom and character. It felt displeasing to the Corper as most of his day was spent unjustified by her company.
