‘Nikki and Jackson’ By Gayle Siebert

When Nikki’s friends abandon her at the beach, she has no way to get home except to walk. Although it’s safer than hitchhiking, the section that goes through the swamp is nerve-wracking even in daylight, and daylight is fading. When her best friend’s boyfriend Jackson appears out of the gloom, she breathes a sigh of relief.

But her relief is short lived. Jackson isn’t who, or what, she thought he was.
