When music production student D’Marques Henderson moves to metro Atlanta to find love, happiness, and success, he encounters way more than he bargained for. The shy, hopelessly romantic D’Marques meets a man that is too good to be true, but holds all of the qualities he’s ever wished for in a person. Despite the uneasiness in the pit of his stomach, he goes head first for Tayshaun.
Tayshaun is a man of many talents; talents that reach far beyond the scope of music and business, but he’s also a man tormented by demons and lies. When the two embark upon a passionately physical affair, D’Marques gets introduced to Tayshaun’s secrets and becomes engulfed in a downward spiral of darkness and deceit.
