Norman has accepted a position as an assistant at a new lab under the direction of the mysterious Dr. Susan Stevenson. After watching a number of test subjects, he becomes concerned about what this miraculous serum (that seems to be able to cure all kinds of mental maladies) actually does to the “patients”. The side effects of this drug prove to be dangerous and deadly.
