When a woman born into a social class that is denied the right of parenthood, she is forced to make a choice: comply with her government’s orders or risk her life for the one she birthed. In this story she is forced to confront what society demands of her and what she feels is her true path in life, as she clings to the hope that the father will find a way to spare both her and her child.
