On the planet of Haumea is a particular order of priests and nuns, the Solluna Order. Sister Aria and Brother Harmony are two Novices within the order and they have been selected for a rarely performed rite: The Duet of the Snow-Daughter and Fire-Son. Sister Aria is excited, as she wishes to be bonded to Brother Harmony, but when the rite begins, she realizes that more is expected of her and Brother Harmony than the Abbess and Abbot let on.
