The book is about a muslim family where its religiously encouraged to marry more than one wives. This ends up becoming an absolute beautiful story between ‘Ruksar’ and ‘Sabeena’, his two newly married wives. Ruksar has very strongs feelings for Sabeena and enjoys the privilege of being a part of such religious practice. However, due to LGBTQ being illegal and a sin in Pakistan, she finds it hard to acknowledge/validate her feelings until she find a way to access the internet, seek validation but finds herself in trouble later when maulana finds out. Until one day Ruksar finds a way to free herself and sabeena from the maulana. This love story finds its way through, in the city of sins karachi.
