Based on my actual experiences of 30 plus years, which have been wide ranged, I have seen arguments in trying to determine “are managers born to be managers, or can they be taught?” The difference with my book is that I have taken examples (short antidotes) of my growing up years in poverty (which all antidotes are based on 100% facts), and used them as a basis of how management styles begin. I then compare these examples to academic theories. The book is organized in the manner in which I believe, based on firsthand knowledge, a manager should be taught. The layout of the book just happens to coincide with my years of growth. PS: This book is beyond the beginning stages. | ||
