In New Chicago, DIETRICH leads the vampire kind into the new age of public existence. VICTOR wants a place in the new order and brings his new fledging, ROSALIND, into the mix to impress & entice their brave leader. BEATRICE, the should-be queen, leads forces against the vampire & human rebels who disagree with Dietrich’s new world order.
