Continuing our saga…the phone call resulted in a request for me to write some children’s books highlighting virtues like honesty, kindness, patience, responsibility etc. Since I’ve always considered myself a writer, albeit an unpublished one, I eagerly jumped on the bandwagon and began to write. It was an exciting, fascinating, thrilling and amazing task that I have thoroughly enjoyed from the first day. I wrote 7 books. Meredith and I then, went over the first book, word by word, line by line. She wanted to make sure I had included enough words suggesting movement among other things. This book, was after all, written for a ballet class. Needless to say, her many contributions to the book and our combined efforts over many months, resulted in a final Willow Rose Learns Honesty.
