‘Love, Mother Earth’ By Abbie-Leigh

There was a time, long ago, when the natural order of the world was right. When the air was so clean that the blossoms had a fragrance and the sky was bluer than you see in your video games.

Then, along came humans.

Emma remembers the tale the giant had told her as a child. The one about humans destroying the beauty of the world. It sits at the depths of every memory and lies behind every decision she’s ever made.
Was it real? She doesn’t know. Was the giant really Mother Nature? She doesn’t know that either.

All she knows is that she has the ability to change the world.
