‘Give me a reason to live’ By Sabine MENON

Shanghai- China: despite being a successful business owner, I found myself going through a major existential question, quoting V. Frankl “what is life still expecting of me” ? While struggling with accepting to make the necessary changes in my work, being more aligned and attuned with my true-self, I started self-sabotaging and facing my limiting beliefs (being poor, not being taken seriously). Trusting my intuition and because life in a way ‘forced me into it’, I agreed to see patients again (as a therapist), and to teach mindfulness to multinationals. In letting my true self emerge, I also found my true purpose: helping individuals reduce stress and increase an inner feeling of well-being. I share few tips to help the readers ‘trust’ that inner voice.
