As a high calibre professional I have applied those tips which helped me achieving a successful career and reach a fantastic professional level I would have never dreamed of in multi-billion corporate organisations.
Sadly I could not find such a practical book on the market to help the students I am coaching and mentoring so I simply decided to write it.

The goal is not only to help the students, postgraduates and young professionals to become more efficient but it is also demonstrating through simple methods (which we often take for granted) how to manage more effectively the relationships and the communications with others in an office.

By putting the fundamental tips into practice, not only it is helping to increase the worker’s performance but he/she will also learn how to be less anxious and stressed at the time of challenges and conflicts in the office.
