Description
I’m delighted to have a short story (Black and Benevolent is the Dark) included in the anthology, SOOP’S Finest.
A confused and terminally ill patient lies on his hospital bed reflecting on an unhappy youth and awaiting his transition. When the beginning and the end of lives intertwine, apparently incompatible sentient life forms become inextricably linked as they transmute. The result is that the parameters of past and present and the concept of gender merge into one metaphysical blur.
