Sandafare dreams of Don and Bob, who are in Sevastopol trying to complete their journey to Novaya Zemlya to view the crater left by Tsar Bomba, the largest thermonuclear weapon ever exploded. Meanwhile the mad doctor Major CassRack and his beautiful assistant Elvira are hatching a scheme to defeat Ronald Reagan by producing fake bottles of radioactive Worcestershire sauce. The only thing CassRack requires is the “Secret Formula” to this condiment to bring his evil scheme to terrible fruition. Don, Bob and the “real” Elvira must escape from the mad doctor’s clutches, find some way of defeating CassRack, keep the formula for Worcestershire sauce safe, and protect Ronald Reagan’s testicles, all before Sandafare awakens from his dream and eliminates their entire existence!
