‘The missing pencil box’ By Ipsa Arora

Diya is excited to show off her new, shiny pink pencil box to her classmates. However, her joy is short-lived as she discovers the pencil box is missing from her bag. With the help of her class teacher, Diya and her friend Ananya search through their classmates’ bags but fail to find the missing pencil box. Diya becomes convinced that Mayank, a known thief in the class, is responsible for the theft. However, when she confronts him, he denies any involvement. Diya is left feeling disappointed, as she has to go back to using her old and tattered red pencil pouch. But where did Diya’s new pencil box go? Did someone steal it?
