‘The Lies You Once Told Me’ By Nola Gray

A young woman, with bipolar disorder, thinks back on her childhood love- her first love- after he takes her child away from her. She remembers how he helped her from the grief she had when she tried to find her biological family, who had shamed and ridiculed her. She then realises all he ever told her was lies, despite knowing how volatile she was. She is then determined to show him exactly why he should have never played with her emotions.
