‘The Crisis Series’ By Emily Wilcox

A short story depicting a colossal crisis; the one that unfolds within your mind. It details the incessant existential questioning we have all encountered at some point in our lives (and if we haven’t, we’re either lying or too busy snacking on biscuits to notice). But it’s more than that, it’s a hopeful remedy, a gentle offering, a kindly attempt at providing comfort. Not to fill that void within our heads – you know, the one as large as the cosmos but severely lacking the presence of Thor – but to allow us a moment to acknowledge it, to cascade fairy-lights around its edge so that we know just how capable we are of sparking light within the dark.
