‘The Coffeemaker’ By Randi Neville

Dear Editors,

Hello! I’m Randi Neville, a writer from Houston, Texas. I’d love to make a submission of 1 poem titled “The Coffeemaker.” It is an allegorical piece featured around a woman, a coffeemaker, and her two roommates. What it is an allegory for is intentionally up for interpretation, but my intent is about my personal experience with abortion and the trauma associated with it.

My third-person biography is below:
Randi Neville is a queer writer, originally from Conroe, Texas. She has two Associate’s Degrees from Lone Star College. She is the CEO and Principle of her own digital marketing agency, ThatGirlRandi. Her current interests involve watching pro-wrestling, playing Animal Crossing, and being the world’s best aunt. She currently resides in Houston, Texas. For more information follow her on Instagram @randitheauthor.

Please note that this is a simultaneous submission. If accepted elsewhere, I will notify you immediately.

Thank you in advance for your consideration,

Randi Neville, she/her
