Saida Abbas is a bounty hunter who has returned to her colonized home world of Sektor 47 in order to find her foster father, and rescue him from the Red Cloaks, the militant invaders who colonized Sektor 47 before Saida was born. Being brought face to face with the plight of her people once again, Saida resolves to assassinate the governor who has oppressed her home and put an end to the tyranny of the Red Cloaks once and for all.
