My survival of being scalped with a 6 inch fillet knife, by then, boyfriend and my journey of PTSD suffering surgeries , nightmares of the attack and physical therapy memory loss and brain damage, while he went to prison ,I had to find strength within myself the situation left scars physically and mentally but taught me patience and forgiveness and most of all taught me strength within myself and to help others understand domestic violence.
