Mark went missing in the middle of the night leaving behind a clue that only his closest friend, and once love interest, is able to interpret. Despite their falling out (because of her choice in husband) she decides to search for him. When she finds him she discovers the true state of their world as well as the beginning of a rebellion that could change everything.
