SYNOPSIS
A global empire by name of ‘Brahma-Varta Panchal’, having capital at Ashvan-Mishr and ten ministers, came into existence after about half century of the Proto-Vedic period. Shortly thereafter the two of the ministers of Ashvan were sent to the Bab-ila.(Mishr) settlement to rule the empire from there, as executive crown-prince king [Ashvina-1] and his assistant [Ashvina-2]. After a short period at Bab-Ila Ashvina- 2 became mind inflicted, killed the king [Ashvina-1] and became king by the title of Seth. As a matter of recreation masses at Bab-Ila Gai-hra started mongering nick titles as historic remarks for the king Seth and depicted those sarcastic remarks for him in pictorial legends adding new contents with the passage of time.
