‘Hotel Bara’ By susan gene mccartney

A woman traveling alone through Africa is taken by a cab driver that does not speak English to a brand new hotel called Hotel Bara on the outskirts of Tozeur, Tunisia, an oasis on the northern edge of the Sahara Desert. She is the only guest. The Arabic owner of all Bara Hotels in Tunisia arrives and tries to ‘own’ her. She makes her escape.
