Neal Stevans is a high school freshman. He’s not popular. Many think he’s a loser. To save his life from being a complete flop, he joins the Johnson Myles High School, wrestling team. He’s a failure at it. He keeps being beaten. Yet, he has a vision. Everything changes. After all, there is hope: it’s 1964.
