A vacation trip with the family back in 2000. The motel I chose, was much to be desired. The pictures on the internet turned out to be deceptive.
Downright awful. “A motel near a BBQ joint in a chainsaw movie would have been an improvement”
My interaction with the manager, in a dual to get my credit card refunded is a scene my family has never forgotten.
