When Tommy attends a friends funeral, he has trouble processing the idea of death. It keeps him awake at night until he starts sleeping in cardboard boxes in order to simulate what it’s like to be dead and buried. But when this doesn’t turn out to be enough to help him process, he gets the idea to spend the night in a real coffin. His old friends coffin.
