Why are organizations such as police forces viewed as “Bastards of the Constitution?” When parts of society view them as forces which, when enforcing laws, abuse their powers. Therefor creating resentment against them. On the other hand, the other rest of Society cannot do without them, because they will feel unprotected from those that seek to pray on them in becoming victims of crimes.
