U.S. Navy Ship USS Tarawa LHA1 on patrol off the coast of Asia when a call goes out from a ship in distress. Over 400 Vietnamese refugees are rescued and brought on board. The first night on board one of the Women gave birth to a little girl. The family named her Grace Tarawa Tran.
