‘A Recovery Story in Several Parts* Not Necessarily in Order’ By Lindsey Zelvin

A non-linear exploration of my struggles with mental illness, included but not limited to: anorexia, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and suicidal ideation. I address the difficulty not only of living through the traumatic experiences brought on by these illnesses but also that of attempting to write about and process them years later.
