Stewart, a boomer, widower, without friends or family, goes in for a triple bypass operation but his doctor has other plans. He finds himself on a short path to a rehab facility which one never leaves. A.M.A. (Against Medical Advice) occurs when he takes his fate into his own hands and leave the hospital without being discharged.
