‘Train to the Edge of the Moon’ by Asper Blurry

Imagine. What would you do if you became the faded shade of the moon and your dreams were trapped in a high tower in a wasteland? Punk wouldn’t stay in there indulging her inner wild horses. She would keep going against the stream with her heavy, tight shoes. She would fight against her broken identity, intolerance and Cropdor. She would party, show the middle finger to people’s prejudice, make you laugh and cry. She would make you remember. Because our young lives are indeed complicated. “Train to the Edge of the Moon” is a compelling, powerful, original and controversial story about Punk. An outsider and a fighter in her mid-twenties who is struggling with modern, post student cruelty. Searching for the better and the meaning in her life often she fails, at first in a Place Without a Name, then in Italy and finally in London. But she doesn’t want to walk out from herself, and she tries to be a better person. There are all shades of young people’s reality in my book. It’s funny, it makes you smile and in the next moment it gets sad and dark and you want to crawl in the corner and cry a little. When you start reading you will immediately see that my voice is genuine. And it will make you reflect on things and people surrounding you.
