The first civic state mankind inhabited in its history was Ashvan state of Sudan-Mishr in Southern Forest of Nbiya-valley of the Nile River which was extended to the north along Nile by expedition leading to a total of five habitations, the last settlement being Bab-ILa at the site thereafter became famous as Qai-hra. All the ancient archaeological monuments present from Nabiya Valley up to Qai-hra including the three oldest pyramids of Giza depict symbols and script words related exclusively to the Proto-Vedic Civilization of Vaq-Ved. Having ruled Ashvan State for 21 years, he was killed [Shun-ken] by his brother lieutenant IRA-M who then revolted and became independent sovereign king Osiris Seth of Ashvan State of Birqu. Authorities and affiliates of first dynasty had exodus and established another state of Samara-Pulas-tya which was after 18 years won by 2nd crown to establish Egypt Empire.
