‘My Life Tried to Kill Me, so I Mopped Up the Beach’ By Donna Stevenson

From what I have perceived, my life has tried to kill me! My greatest pleasure was always found at the beach, even though the beach itself sometimes tried to kill me. Instead, I culminated the years of trauma, fear and nightmares into a mental health solution. I attempted to disinfect and mop up the beach. I put on my cleaning gloves. got out my mop, bucket, and bleach spray. I sprayed the waves, and attempted to mop up the ocean. I realized that our lives often throw experiences at us that cannot ever be cleaned up. instead, we must maintain the constant hope of a wonderful life at the beach, basking in its magnificent glory! If one should forget, come join me st the beach! Be sure to bring your mop!
