“A Beating Heart Never Stops” by MCMS Adolescents

11 adolescents educated in a Midwest Montessori school were tasked with writing a short story on the theme “A Beating Heart Never Stops”. The breadth of their imagination, the depth of their thought, and the skill with which they told their stories is a tribute to the human spirit, the viewpoints of those coming of age in the pace of today’s accelerating world and the power of a Montessori education. These will be collected into a single volume that is guaranteed to delight young and old alike.
