My book is about a person’s battle through drug addiction and depression. I have first first-hand knowledge as to dealing with these severe depression problem my whole entire life has been a result of depression I turn to drugs to self medicate. For our families to understand the people that are dealing with these types of issues need more than anything love and support. For me it was a long time before I realize what it was I was dealing with and my family just didn’t understand what I was going through nor did they know how to help me. At times some of my family even made it that much harder for me to be able to deal with what was going on in my life. Towards the end of my book I am hoping through my experience dealing with these issues that I may help others that need help or even an ear.
