‘Who Will Save the Hero: Tales of Chosen Ones Slaying the Demons Within’ By KristaLyn A. Vetovich

Vision:

Mental and emotional health has never been more important than it is right now, and fiction offers and opportunity to provide a safe space for readers to process trauma and struggles without feeling judged or exposed. I am looking for Fantasy or SciFi stories with themes dealing with the coping with or integration of mental/emotional health related subjects and overcoming limits. The main character’s development should metaphorically guide the reader from insecurity and anxiety to standing in their power.

Length of Stories:

3,000 words

Personal Contribution:

A story of an inventor and hero coping with his victory over his own brother and king who weaponized his designs to conquer a defenseless kingdom
