#SOOP on Monday: Top 20 Book Ideas for July 18, 2022

“Authenticity is about being true to who you are, even when everyone around you wants you to be someone else.”
                                                                                              – Michael Jordan

The 2nd Edition of our Annual Short Story Contest is closing this month, and time is running out to validate your entry. Today we want to highlight the importance of Authenticity.

Every writer is different, but something we all have in common is the worry of getting filtered in your genre and being seen as a nobody. Being yourself and showing you have something valuable to offer would be the key to winning the hearts of your desired readers. When you go out to promote your story, don’t stick to commanding people to vote. The idea is that you use SOOP as your initial space to start building your platform and leverage your preferred communication channels to get the word out on your writing whereabouts and generate genuine interest through warm and welcoming engagement. Don’t be afraid to break the mold and try new things out. Always remember that your uniqueness will set you apart from the rest!

Every reader who votes for a Short Story Idea will enter our Giveaway Program, a weekly drawing to win a Free Book. Without further ado, here are the Top 20 Short Story & Book Ideas from this week:

Work with SOOP

Everyone at SOOP will help you work towards success.

When you submit your Book Idea, you can choose one of two ways to reach your publishing goal: Free or Premium Levels. At each stage of the voting process, SOOP’s Free Level assigns homework, which helps you not only make substantial progress in marketing your work, but also helps you develop the best story possible. SOOP manages your homework in phases and returns your homework on a pass/fail basis.

SOOP’s Premium Level also assigns homework with a required 85% passing grade, ensuring you understand the curriculum before proceeding. In addition to a higher standard for your homework, our panel of experts provides personalized feedback, arming you with more information and allowing you to adjust the course when necessary.

Explore our website to learn more about our Author-Driven Publishing model, read additional FAQ answers, or submit a book idea. SOOP is working hard to improve the unique connection that readers, writers, and service providers can establish on our platform.
