A collection of three, potentially four stories dealing mainly with platonic relationships and reversed gender roles. The first story, The Fever Dreams of Hell Week(3985 words) recounts one heroin addict’s grueling first week of detoxification in a court ordered rehabilitation clinic. The second story, Four-Twenty (9130 words), is based on the massacre that took place on 4/20/1999 at Columbine high school and is dedicated to it’s first victim Rachel Joy Scott. The third story, Alive!(26,4890 words thus far), is a coming of age story and Prodigal Son tale of a Mormon Kleptomaniac. The fourth and final as of yet untitled potential piece(12063 words thus far) is a modern day interpretation of the vampiric folklore originally collected in Dissertations Upon the Apparitions of Angels, Daemons, and Ghosts, and Concerning the Vampires of Hungary, Bohemia, Moravia, and Silesia (1746).
